Yoga For The Pups - January 2020
What better way to spend a dreary winter night than with a Yoga for the Pups charity event?! On January 15th we brought together 55 guests for a few hours of yoga, amazing food & drink, and great conversation, all to raise money for dogs in need! Our first charity event of 2020 was held in the beautiful event space of WeWork- Northern Liberties and we were so glad to get another chance to partner with the PA SPCA!
The evening began with a restorative yoga practice led by the always amazing Sydni Arnett of EverybodyFights Philly and Barry’s Bootcamp. We are so thankful that Sydni lent us her incredible talents to lead the group. Sydni’s class was powerful and meditative, and was the perfect way to unwind after a long workday.
After yoga was finished, we relaxed over delicious dinner, drinks, and dessert spread provided by our amazing event sponsors. Our wonderful friends at honeygrow provided several incredible salad options for everyone to enjoy under the setting sun. While noshing on their delish salads, our guests were able to quench their thirst with nourishing and yummy kombucha options provided by Baba’s Bucha. There's always room for dessert, right? We 100% think so. Our awesome bffs at P.S. Snacks provided their absolutely delicious treats for everyone in attendance. We are so grateful for all of our sponsor partners for their continued support and generosity!
The night wouldn't be the same without some pup snuggles and we were thrilled that the PA SPCA team brought along a sweet and loving rescue dog for guests to fall in love with. We are in awe of the work that they do for the Philly community and we truly appreciated having some members of their volunteer team visit. It's not an understatement when we say that the rescue pup completely stole the show (and our hearts!).
To finish out an amazing night, Addison Bay created a beautiful popup shop for our attendees to check out their incredible line of fashion-forward & high-performance women’s activewear!
