MEET MOANA

Name: Moana
Breed: Rottweiler/Hound Mix
Approximate Age: 5 years old

Meet Moana, a super sweet and spunky Rottweiler/Hound mix! Moana is five years old and was rescued by the Pennsylvania SPCA Humane Law Enforcement team. With an island name, this girl is looking for her own permanent paradise - a loving home!

This pup is the perfect size for city or suburban living! Moana is super smart and loves to learn new tricks. We got to see some of her moves while visiting with her at the shelter, and we've gotta say, she's pretty impressive! She is great on a leash, especially with a harness on, and is currently working on crate training as well.  Moana absolutely loves playtime and being active, so if you're looking for a park pal, she's your girl!

Don't be fooled by Moana's energy; she is also a huge fan of taking it easy and enjoying some couch cuddles. Her warm personality makes her the best friend to have next to you while you're binging on your favorite Netflix show. What more could you ask for?!

Moana has won the heart of a kind volunteer at the PSPCA, who is available for questions should you have an interest in learning a bit more about this adorable girl. If you'd like to get in touch with her volunteer friend, please reach out to Nora at nmckeough@verizon.net.

Through this initiative, we are hoping to find Moana a loving home just in time for Spring. If you are interested in meeting Moana and talking to the PSPCA about her, simply click the link below and fill out our contact form. As always, if you fill out the form and eventually adopt Moana, WE WILL PAY HER ADOPTION FEE

Pupdate: On March 28th, Moana, now Olive, found a loving home! Congratulations!
