Rooftop Yoga For MANNA

Join us on Sunday, July 31st for a yoga event that is not only good for you, but also helps improve health for people with serious illnesses!

Franklin & Whitman is teaming up with the amazing Sydni Arnett of Barry's and throwing a yoga and lunch event at the GORGEOUS rooftop at BOK Bar in South Philadelphia to benefit our incredible friends at MANNA! 

Get into your flow and then join us for a delish lunch while you meet wonderful new friends! All attendees will also head home with a Franklin & Whitman swag bag featuring some of our favorite Best Of Philly-winning products! Also, every attendee will have a chance to take home some incredible door prizes!

We are so excited to announce that proceeds from the event will be donated to MANNA! MANNA is a leader in evidence-based nutrition services, bringing together dietitians, chefs, drivers, and thousands of volunteers to cook and deliver nutritious, medically appropriate meals and provide nutrition counseling to neighbors who are battling life-threatening illnesses such as cancer, renal disease, and HIV/AIDS. From hands-on cooking classes and nutrition counseling to the delivery of 3 meals a day, 7 days a week, MANNA provides nourishment, hope, and healing to the Greater Philadelphia area, Southern New Jersey, and beyond!

Q: What do I need to bring with me?

A: Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, but if you do not have one, we will have extra available for you to use! Also, there will be water filling stations, so feel free to bring a reusable water bottle to use!

Q: What happens if it rains?

A: We will be using the indoor gymnasium for part or all of the event in the case of rain on the event day!

Q: What travel info can you give me? 

A: Parking is available, yet sometimes limited, throughout the neighborhood.

The bar entrance is on Mifflin Street closest to 8th Street. A dedicated uber / taxi pull-off lane is located here. 

There is a parking lot located on 8th St. with the entrance between Mifflin and Morris. The lot is closed at the end of the evening, no overnight parking available.

If possible please use an alternative form of transport. Bikes, walking and public transport are highly encouraged as we cannot guarantee parking!

There is plenty of bike parking available. Bok is an Indego Bike Share location.
