Get your rooftop workout on led by the amazing Theresa Schweingruber of The Balance Room! After join us for a delish dinner while you meet wonderful new friends... both human and canine! What's even better, some lucky attendees will have a chance to take home some incredible door prizes!
For dinner we will have some delish salads for you to choose from, as well as refreshments from our amazing friends at La Colombe and Reveal! Reps from Reveal will be there as well to chat more about their yummy beverage made from upcycled avocado seeds!
We will also have some AMAZING guests visiting us..those of the four legged variety! That's right...rescue pups from the PSPCA will be visiting during dinner...and if you start the adoption process during the event, we will pay your adoption fee!

We are so excited to announce that all proceeds from the event will be donated to our friends at PSPCA! The PSPCA’s mission is to protect animals, prevent cruelty and to improve the health and quality of life throughout Pennsylvania. The PSPCA has boots on the ground 365 days a year throughout the state and when you support the PSPCA, your donation directly goes toward helping animals suffering from cruelty and neglect in your own community!

Q: What do I need to bring with me?
A: Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, but if you do not have one, we will have extra available for you to use! Also, there will be water filling stations, so feel free to bring a reusable water bottle to use!
Q: What kind of pilates class is this?
A: This will be an open, all levels Pilates style class. We will flow through exercises encouraging spinal mobility, stretching, and strengthening using bodyweight (and gravity!) on the mat.
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: We will be using the indoor gymnasium for part or all of the event in the case of rain on the event day!
Q: What travel info can you give me?
A: Parking is available, yet sometimes limited, throughout the neighborhood.
The bar entrance is on Mifflin Street closest to 8th Street. A dedicated uber / taxi pull-off lane is located here.
There is a parking lot located on 8th St. with the entrance between Mifflin and Morris. The lot is closed at the end of the evening, no overnight parking available.
If possible please use an alternative form of transport. Bikes, walking and public transport are highly encouraged as we cannot guarantee parking!
